Day 1 : Friday, 15 June

Session One: Bike Strength

  • Big Gear repeats for dead legs 
  • Slow-twitch muscular recruitment
  • Studio cycling shoes (spd) included
  • Shower facilities available
  • Brunch Optional 

Time:  7:00 - 9:00 am 

Location: Anthem Indoor Cycling Studio, 17 Phillip Street, #04-00, Grand Building, S: 048695

Things to bring: Cycling gear, spd pedal cycling shoes OR running shoes, hydration, change of clothes, towels provided

Session Two: Sentosa OWS/ Run

  • Open-water race craft, sighting & drafting
  • Variablepace swim intervals
  • Tolerance run-off
  • Shower facilities available
  • Dinner Optional

Time: 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Location: Tanjong Beach, Sentosa

Things to bring: Swim gear, run gear, nutrition/hydration, watch, change of clothes, showers available

Day 2 : Saturday, 16 June

Session Three: Multi-Brick

  • 3 - 4 x (bike - run tolerance intervals)
  • Car parking available
  • Aid Station at transition 
  • Brunch Optional

Time: 7:00 - 10:00 am

Location: Seletar Aerospace Park

Things to bring: Cycling gear, run gear, nutrition/hydration, watch

Session Four: Endurance Swim

  • Paddles and pullbouy
  • Long aerobic swim
  • Shower facilities available
  • Dinner optional

Time: 5.00- 6.30 pm

Things to bring: Swim gear, hydration, change of clothes

Day 3 : Sunday, 17 June

Session Five: Long Ride 

  • Singapore Round the Island
  • 100-140km easy - moderate group ride
  • 3 controlled groups with lead riders
  • designated re-group points
  • Final Brunch Included

Start Location: Long House 6.30am 

End Location: Bishan Park 10.30am
